Michael "Mike" Roscoe Sleeth, age 74, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away at a local hospital August 24, 2019. Private burial is planned. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements. A family directed celebration of life will held at a later date at Lifeline Baptist Church with Pastor Fred Sheldon.
