Betty Jean Stultz, age 94, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away January 23, 2020.  Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.  A family directed memorial will be held 1:00 Saturday February 22, 2020 at The Fort Dalles Riders Club, with a potluck to follow.
