Ethelyn M. Garrison

Ethelyn M. Garrison, age 95, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away August 14, 2021. She will be laid to rest in a private service next to her beloved husband, Billy Joe "Tex" Garrison. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
