Rosary and viewing will be held here at Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home on October 26, 2022, Rosary will be at 4:30 pm, Viewing will be at 6pm to 8pm. Mass will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church October 27, 2022 at 3pm. Burial will be at Skyview Cemetery in Pendleton, OR at 2pm. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
