Paula Joyce Wharton, age 80, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away January 24, 2023. A family Graveside Service will be held at the Kelly Cemetery in Maupin, OR January 28, 2023 at 10:00 am. A Memorial Service will be held at the Covenant Church in The Dalles, OR February 11, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
