Thomas Ray Oaks, age 69, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away December 11, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Dalles United Church of Christ Congregational on 111 East 5th St. December 18th, 2023 at 10:30 am. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home in care of his arrangements.
