Rojelio Castellanos, age 37, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away March 18, 2023. A Viewing will be held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Gathering Hall March 24th, 2023 at 4:00 pm. A Rosary will take place at Spencer, Libby and Powell Hall as well March 25th 2023 at 11:00 am. Mass will take place at St. Peters Catholic Cemetery in The Dalles, OR, March 26th, 2023 at 3:00 pm with interment to follow at St. Peters Cemetery. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
