John Barrett, age 40, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away July 12, 2023. A Memorial will be held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Gathering Hall in The Dalles, OR, July 30th, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Internment will be held at The Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR, July 31st, 2023 at 12:15 pm. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
