In 1992, Sam took on the most challenging, but rewarding job a man can have, he became a father for the 1st time.

Renee Terry Cynthia Watson was born June 16, 1944 at Bismarck, ND to Terry and Sylvia Watson while Terry was stationed in France during World War II. She graduated Bismarck High 1962. She met Alvin Tetzloff, who was recently returned from service in the Navy and married April 6, 1963. They had two daughters. Renee was faithful to her calling as a wife and mother, primarily a homemaker she did clerical and retail work. She loved animals, which fostered in her children an appreciation for all creatures. A lifelong friend, she valued her relationships with the people she met while engaging in cake decorating, knitting groups, book clubs, church activities and online trading. She will be remembered as a faithful wife, mother and friend. She was a merciful giver who ran with patient endurance the race that was her life, keeping her eyes fixed on Jesus. She was passionate for her family and stayed the course through some very challenging times.
When she was diagnosed with leukemia, she opted for treatment. She was able to see her grandson marry, and then hold her first great-grandson, plus 3 more.
